多氯联苯对大鼠学习记忆能力影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究多氯联苯 (PCB)对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 选用受孕 wistar大鼠分组饲喂含不同剂量PCB的饲料至分娩 ,再分组饲喂乳鼠 3个月采用避暗法及主动回避方法检测大鼠学习、记忆能力。结果 高剂量组大鼠的生长发育比其它组缓慢 (P <0 .0 5 ) ; 组 (10 0 0 ppb)和 组 (10 0 ppb)的学习记忆能力显著低于 组 (10 ppb)及对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论  PCB能抑制大鼠的学习。 Objective To observe PCB affect the ability of learning and memory in rats.Methods Several behaviour models such as passive avoidance action and active avoidance reaction (AAR)were used to measure ability of learning and memory in different group which were raise to use different PCB dose feed from conception rats to next generation until 3 months Results The growth of rats in the hightest dose group was slower than that of other group (P<0.05),the ability of learning and memory inⅠ and Ⅱgroup was more reduced thanⅢ and control group. Conclusion The ability of learning and memory in rats was inhibited by PCB.
