摘要
目的 探讨手传振动对血管内皮活性物质的影响及意义。方法 对不同接振时间的煤矿掘进工进行了血管内皮活性物质的测定 ,并同对照组比较分析。结果 内皮素、血栓素 B2随接振时间的延长有明显增高的趋势 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,一氧化氮、6 -酮 -前列腺素 F1 α随接振时间的延长有明显降低的趋势 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论手传振动可导致血管内皮活性物质的改变 。
Objective To study the effects of hand transmitted vibration on plasma concentrations of vascular endothelial substance. Method The active substance of vascular endothelium plasma concentr ations of vascular endothelial substance were measured in 64 coal miner drillers with various vibration exposure duration. Results With lasting of vibration exposure duration, the plasma concentration of endothelin and TXB 2 increased highly(P<0.05,P<0.01),whereas the plasma concentration of nitric oxide and 6 keto PGF1α decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion Hand transmitted vibration can result in the changes of plasma concentrations of vascular endothelial substance , which must be related to the vibration induced vascular impairment.
