549名大学生孤独心理及相关因素分析

The study on loneliness of college students

目的 研究大学生的孤独心理及其相关因素。方法 用 U CL A孤独量表、状态一特质孤独量表对 5 49名大学生的孤独情况进行测试 ,并测量了孤独与心理健康 (SCL - 90 )及人格特征 (EPQ )的相关。结果 大学生中存在着不同程度的孤独心态 ,大学生的孤独分数与其心理健康水平相关显著 ,与神经质、内外控等人格因素与有一定的相关。结论 人格孤独程度高的大学生其心理健康水平也低 。

Objective The college students' loneliness was studied.Methods using the UCLA and State versus Trait Loneliness scale,SCL 90 and EPQ. The loneliness of 549 college students were investigated and the relation factors were analyzed.Results The college students always had the loneliness.It was obvious that the loneliness correlates negatively with mental health.Significant the correlation between loneness and nerves,extraversion.Conclusion College mental health services should reduced the students' loneliness and improved their mental health level.
