高原急慢性缺氧对人肢体运动功能的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的 采用心理生理的测试途径探讨高原低氧、低气压对移居者肢体运动功能的影响程度 ;方法 选择初入海拔 5 380米三天 (B组 )和 5 380米移居 6个月 (C组 )的两个不同群体的 10 2人 ,采用 DDX- 2 0 0型电脑心理生理测试仪在高原现场静息状态下进行肢体运动能力的测验 ,并设立平原 (海拔 140 0米 )对照组 (A组 )进行对比研究。结果  B组左手指敲击和左右手指交叉敲击及左右脚交叉动作频率测验的总次数 ,正确次数均显著低于 A组 (P<0 .0 1)。操作频率的平均时间和错误次数均显著多于 A组 (P<0 .0 1) ,右手指敲击测验无显著改变 (P>0 .0 5 )。 C组左手指敲击 ,左右脚交叉动作频率测验的总次数 ,正确次数显著低于 A组 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,操作频率的平均时间错误次数和左右手交叉敲击测验的错误次数均显著高于 A组 (P<0 .0 5 )。右手指敲击测验无显著性改变 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;B组左手指敲击 ,左右手指交叉敲击测验的总次数 ,正确次数显著低于 C组 (P<0 .0 1)。左右手指敲击测验的操作频率平均时间显著高于 C组 (P<0 .0 1) ;结论 初入特高海拔地区者的肢体运动能力受缺氧的影响十分显著 ,移居时间较长者 ,机体对低氧产生一定的适应性 ,肢体运动能力渐接近平原人 。 s Objective To study effects of hypoxia on the limb moving function of immigrants at high altitude Methods 102 subjects for each group.A(lived in 1400m as compare group,B(immigrated into 5380m for three days),and C(immigrated into 5380m for six months),which were selected from different troops,were measrued the limbs operation ability with DDX 200 automatic psychology physiological test instrument in quiet state Results Compare B with A:total number of times (TT) and right number of times (RT) of beat using left finger (BLF),beat using left right finger alternateively(BAF) and action frequency,using left right foot alternatively were striking less than A(P<0 01).average times (AT) and wrong number of times (WT) were striking more than that of A(P<0 01) Compared C with A: TT and RT of BLF and AAF were striking less than that of A(P<0 01) or P<0 05);AT and WT of BLE and AAF were striking more than A(P<0 05);WT of BAF were striking more than A(P<0 05) Compare B with C:TT and RT of BLF and BAF were less than C(P<0 01),AT of BAF were more than that of C(P<0 01).Conclusions Effects of hypoxia on the limb function of immigrants in the early day of high altitude was very noteble.They have some adaption for hypoxia who had immigrated altitude for a long time,but the limb function was still lower than that of in plain
