火炮试验人员防御方式及相关因素研究

Defense style and relevant factors on artillery testing personnel

目的 探讨火炮试验人员防御方式 ,并与相关因素进行分析。方法 采用防御方式问卷 (DSQ)、症状自评量表(SCL - 90 )、艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)、社会支持评定量表 (SSRS)测评和血免疫球蛋白 (Ig G)、补体 C3、乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH )测定 ,对火炮试验人员 16 4名 (研究组 )与对照组防御方式进行比较 ,相关因素进行分析。结果 研究组大多数人倾向选择成熟防御方式 ,但与对照组比较 ,不成熟及中间型防御方式均分增高。相关分析显示 ,不成熟及中间型防御方式与 SCL - 90、EPQ中的 P、N维度、L DH呈正相关 ,与社会支持、EPQ中的 E维度呈负相关。成熟防御方式与 Ig G、C3呈正相关。结论 心理状态、个性、社会支持影响防御方式 ,而防御方式与 Ig G、C3、L

Objective To study the defense style and relevant factors on artillery testing personnel.Method 164 artillery testing personnel were investigated with 152 controls by the DSQ and SCL 90 and EPQ and SSRS,whose IgG and C 3 and LDH were measured.Results Most of artillery testing personnel took mature defense style,the scores of immarure and middle defense style were higher in the artillery testing group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Immature and middle defense style of artillery testing personnel were positively related to SCL 90 and P or N scales of EPQ and LDH,who were negatively related to SSRS and E scales of EPQ respectively,mature defense style were positively related to IgG and C 3.Conclusion Mental health and personality and social support influenced defense style,defense style have association with IgG and C 3 and LDH.
