功能性消化不良50例心理障碍临床分析

Psychological disturbance in 50 patients with functional dyspepsia

目的 探讨精神心理因素与功能性消化不良 (FD)的关系。方法 采用自填量表评分对 5 0例 FD患者进行抑郁量表 (SDS)与焦虑量表 (SAS)测定。结果 二种量表评分显示 FD患者抑郁性心理障碍发生率为 72 % ,焦虑性心理障碍发生率为 80 %。男女患者焦虑性心理障碍和抑郁性心理障碍的发生率比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 FD的发病与心理因素有关 ,普遍存在抑郁和焦虑情绪 ,对 FD的治疗应包括解释。

Objective To investigate the relation between psychological factors and functional dyspepsia . Methods Depression scales and anxiety scales were performed in 50 patients with FD using self rating . [WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] 36 patients with FD (72%) had depression 40 patients (80%) had anxiety. No significant difference was found in both depression and anxiety between male and female patients (P>0.05). ConclusioPsychological factors play a role in FD. Depression and anxiety commonly occurred in these patients. The treatment of FD should include explanation, consolation and necessary psychological treatment.
