符号互动视角下的农民工市民化——基于CGSS 2006的统计分析

Citizenization of migrant workers from the perspective of symbolic interaction——Descriptive statistics based on CGSS 2006

基于符号互动视角,讨论了农民工市民化过程中存在的一系列问题,并探讨了市民化路径选择。农民工的市民化是农民工与城市居民双向互动的过程,一方面,需要农民工提高城市适应能力,构建新的符号体系,正确解读城市文化符号,并主动增加与城市居民的交往频度与深度,扩大自身社会支持网络;另一方面,需要城市居民的包容和接纳,减少对农民工的歧视与排斥。此外,政府应开展"去标签化"行动,改革户籍制度,实现农民工的市民化角色转变,助推农民工市民化进程。

A series of issues on the process of citizenization of migrant workers are analyzed and some ways of citizenization of mi- grant workers are provided from the perspective of symbolic interaction. Cifizenization of migrant workers is a process of interaction between migrant workers and citizens. On one hand, migrant workers need to enhance social adaption ability to adapt the city life, build new symbolic system to understand the city cultural symbolic correctly and need to increase the interaction frequency and deep- ness with citizens to expand the net of social support. On the other hand, citizens need to tolerate and accept the migrant workers and reduce the discrimination and exclusion. Besides, government should conduct ＂de-labeling＂ campaign and reform the household registration system to help migrant workers to realize the role change from migrant worker to citizen and promote the process of citi- zenization of migrant workers.
