摘要 食品检验类课程是高职食品类专业的重要核心课程,通过分析食品检验类课程实践教学的特点,对职业技能大赛引领高职食品检验类课程实践教学改革的优势与存在的问题进行探讨,为更好地促进食品检验类课程实践教学质量的提高,技能大赛应信息公开化,评分标准一致化,完善选拔制度,实现人人参赛。 Food inspection courses are very important professional curriculums of food specialty in vocational education. The article analyses the features of practical teaching in the vocational food inspection courses. The advantage and problem on that vocational skills competition leads the practical teaching reform of vocational food inspection courses are discussed. In order to improve the quality of the practical teaching in the vocational food inspection courses better, the information of vocational skills competition should be opened, the grading standard of national contest should be consistent with that of provincial contest, the draft should be performed to realize the cooperation of everyone.
