摘要
针对船舶系泊过程中收放缆绳或系泊索时容易出现的问题,提出了解决思路和方法,供系泊布置设计参考。
Aiming at the problems common happened in housing and extending the hawse rope and mooring line of mooring, the relative ideas and solutions were set forth, which can be referenced by mooring arrangement design.
