立管碰撞损伤状态下极限强度分析方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以船与立管碰撞为研究对象,采用非线性有限元法对立管受船舶碰撞作用下的结构损伤进行分析。在此基础上考虑立管结构凹坑损伤状态,建立极限强度分析方法,并对立管有无损伤等情况进行对比分析。计算分析表明,凹坑损伤会降低立管的极限强度;减小立管壁厚会降低立管的极限强度,且壁厚对凹坑损伤立管极限张力的影响明显小于极限弯矩;顶张力在一定范围内,也可以减小凹坑损伤对立管极限强度的影响。 Non-linear finite element method was employed to simulate the collision process for investigating the collision be- havior of the riser suffering from vessel's impact. Considering the riser with dent damage, the ultimate strength analysis method was established, and the results of riser with or without damage were compared. The results indicated that ultimate strength re- duces as the depth of dent increase. Reducing the thickness of riser will reduce the ultimate strength, and the influence of the wall thickness on the ultimate tension is less than tne ultimate bending moment. Top tension within a certain region can decrease the influence of dent damage on the ultimate strength.
