快速检测响应故障系统中冲激电流的电路研究及应用

摘要 快速响应是检测技术的重要指标。设计了一个满足该指标的快速的检测响应系统装置,主要由高精度电流互感器TR4117C、强抗干扰能力芯片TLP250的光电耦合器和快速功率开关器件IGBT组成,使用器件少、结构简单。对装置进行了高压间隙放电灭弧实验,实验结果表明:该装置抗干扰能力强、精度高,满足要求响应速度快、灵敏度高的使用场合,具有较高的使用价值,值得推广。 Rapid response is an important index of test technology. A rapid detection response system equipment that satisfies the index is designed,which is mainly composed of high precision current transformer TR4117C,photoelectric coupler with strong anti-jamming chip TLP250 and fast power switch device IGBT. The equipment has less components and simple structure. The high voltage gap lightning and arc-extinguishing tests for the equipment have been made. Test results show that the equipment has strong anti-jamming ability and high precision, which can satisfy the application situation that ask for rapid response and high precision, and thus has higher use-value and is worth to be promoted.
