摘要 合山公司670 MW机组"W"火焰锅炉存在折焰角斜坡积灰多,坍塌后引起炉膛负压大幅波动的问题。经过深入分析,指出折焰角斜坡角度小、贴近斜坡区域存在回流区和吹灰器存在吹灰盲区是导致折焰角斜坡严重积灰的主要原因。为此,在折焰角斜坡中间部位加装7台固定边境旋转式吹灰器。经一段时间运行,该吹灰装置运行情况良好,可及时清除折焰角斜坡的积灰,且对炉膛负压没有影响,积灰问题得到了彻底解决。 There are problems such as lots of ash deposition at slope of furnace arch, wide fluctuation of furnace negative pressure after the ash collapsing and so on in "W" flame boiler of 670 MW unit in Heshan Company. After deeply analysis,it is point out that smaller slope angle of the furnace arch, the existence of baekflow area close to the slope area, the existence of blind area of the ash blower are main reasons of the serious ash deposition at slope of furnace arch. Seven rotation type blowers with fixed border are installed at the middle of the slope of furnace arch. After periods of time of operation, ash blowing equipments are running in good condition, which can blow ash deposition at slope of furnace arch in time and have no influence to furnace negative pressure so that the ash deposition is solved completely.
