摘要
城市供电可靠性是综合反映供电企业管理水平的重要指标,同时也是提高客户满意度,助推经济发展的重要手段。分析南宁供电局2009─2012年的可靠性指标,介绍南宁供电局在提高供电可靠性工作上取得的成效。通过与先进单位对标和分析现有网架结构,找出制约提高供电可靠性指标的主要因素,并针对问题制定了相应的措施。
Urban power supply reliability is not only a key factor that reflects the management level of power supply enterprise; but also an important mean to improve customer satisfaction degree and promote the development of economics. The 2009-2011 years reliability indexes of Nanning power supply bureau are analyzed, and effects achieved in the improvement of power supply reliability in Nanning power supply bureau are introduced. By the benchmarking with advanced enterprises and the analysis of current network structure, main factors that restrict the power supply reliability index are found, and corresponding measures to solve these problems are proposed.
