摘要 从电介质的微观结构出发,使用最大熵原理分别研究了无极分子电介质和有极分子电介质在电场中的极化规律。研究发现,虽然两类电介质极化的微观机理不同,但宏观效果相同;当电场强度不很大时,电极化强度与场强成正比,但当场强很大时,二者不再成线性正比关系,而成复杂的非线性关系。由此可见,不能简单地说某种电介质是线性的还是非线性的,这要决定于所加电场的强弱。 Based on the dielectric microstructure,the paper uses the maximum entropy principle to study polarization of polar and non-polar dielectrics,respectively.The result suggests that although the microscopic mechanism of polarization is different between two types of dielectrics,their macroscopic effect is the same.When electric field isn't very strong,the electric polarization intensity is proportional to the electric field strength.However,when electric field is very strong,proportional linear relationship between the electric polarization intensity and the electric field strength doesn't exist,and there is a complex non-linear relationship between them.This shows that we can not simply say a dielectric is linear or not,and it will be determined by the intensity of the electric field.
