摘要
以积极心理学为导向的心理健康教育,可以更好地帮助中学生发掘积极优势,获得积极体验,培养积极品质。积极心理学为导向的中学心理健康教育主要包括教育内容、教学模式、师生关系、教学效果评估四个基本组成部分。
Mental health education with the guidance of positive psychology can better help middle school stu- dents discover their positive advantages, obtain positive experience,and cultivate their positive qualities. It mainly in- eludes the teaching content, teaching mode, teaching evaluation, and teacher-learner relationship.
