摘要 教研组长领导力不仅影响着一所学校学科发展的方向,而且决定着一所学校学科教研的高度。文章围绕职称、学识、认同、建设和立人这一领导力的五个层次,以问卷和访谈的方式调查分析了福建省中学英语教研组长领导力的现状,在此基础上,提出了加强自我学习,提高学识魅力;加强文化建设,提升组织凝聚力;深化管理改革,激活潜在活力;优化培训方式,提高管理效力;深化实践环节,提升教学执行力等五个对策建议。 The leadership of the teaching and research group leaders not only affects the development direction of a course in a school, but also determines the teaching and research level. This paper focuses on 5 aspects of the leadership, namely title, knowledge, identity, development and cultivation, by using the questionnaire and interview, and analyses the status quo of the English teaching and research group leaders in Fujian province. On that basis, five improvement suggestions, in order to provide some references on how to develop the leadership of the teaching and research group leaders for other courses, have been made as follows. First of all, strengthen self learning to enhance the charm of knowledge. Second, reinforce the construction of culture to promote the cohesion of the organization. Third, deepen reform of the management to activate the potential energy. Fourth, optimize training methods to improve management effectiveness. Finally, deepen the practice to improve the executive force of teaching.
