摘要 文章通过对一节初中思想品德课的课前研讨、课中观察及课后反思这一完整过程的观察记录,探讨通过课堂观察的方式,提升教师的教学能力的途径与方法。 Classroom observation is a research activity with a clear purpose and systematic planning under the guidance of definite teaching theory, which can help to improve the teacher's teaching ability. This article explores means of classroom observation and approaches to improve teachers" teaching ability by observing and recording the whole process of an open ideological and moral lesson: discussion before class, class observation and introspection after class in the junior middle school.
