激光液相烧蚀制备TiO_2纳米颗粒的研究

摘要 利用脉冲激光器对金属钛靶进行液相烧蚀,在不同的激光烧蚀功率下,制备出了TiO2纳米颗粒.利用原子力显微镜、X射线衍射对TiO2纳米颗粒的形貌、结构进行了表征,讨论了TiO2纳米颗粒的尺寸随着激光输出能量的变化关系,并对TiO2纳米颗粒的烧蚀机制进行了分析. Preparation of ZnO Nanoparticles by Pulsed-Laser Ablation in a Liquid Medium is re- searched in this paper. In the experiment the pulsed laser was focused onto the Zn target in the water. The ZnO nanoparticles are prepared with different ablation power. The shape, the structure and lumi- nescence of ZnO nanoparticles are researched via PL,XRD and AFM. The relationship of the ZnO nano- particles diameter and laser output energy are researched.
