摘要
以硫脲为硫源,采用燃烧法制备了Zn0.5Cd0.5S半导体光催化材料.利用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-vis)对样品进行了表征.研究了硫脲加入量对Zn0.5Cd0.5S的结构、形貌、吸收光谱及光催化性能的影响.结果表明:虽然硫脲的使用量对于制备样品的形貌没有明显的影响,它对于样品的结构及光催化性能有着显著地影响.当硫脲的使用量为4倍时所制备的Zn0.5Cd0.5S为六方与立方两种晶相的混合相,其对于亚甲基蓝的光催化性能最好.
Zn0.5 Cd0.5 S powders were synthesized by a combustion method, using the thiourea as the sulfur source. The as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM), ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The influences of amount of thiourea on the structure, UV-vis absorption and photocatalytic properties of Zn0.5 Cd0.5 S with different adding amounts of thiourea were studied. The results show that using amount of thiourea has no signifi- cant effect on the morphology of samples. When the amount of thiourea is 4 times, the phase of Zn0.5 Cd0.5 S is the mixture of hexagonal and cubic phases, which exhibits the best photodegradation perform- ante for methylene blue.
