摘要
工程化是应用化学专业毕业生应具备的基本素质。以许昌学院应用化学专业教学实际为例,通过分析传统教学模式存在的问题,从创新培养方案、灵活师资培养、案例法教学、实践教学改革等四个方面论述了培养学生工程化素质的教学改革。
It is essential of the engineering quality for graduates majored in applied chemistry. The teaching reform with a view to training the engineering quality has been discussed through an innovated training scheme, a flexible teacher training, a case teaching method, and a practice teaching reform, respectively, based on analyzing the traditional teaching model of the applied chemistry major in Xuchang University.
