信息化弹药装备保障骨干培训班实践教学的探索与实践——以末制导炮弹武器系统检测与维修专业为例

Exploration and Practice on Practice Teaching of Equipment Support Backbone Training Class of Information Ammunition——Taking Terminal Guidance Projectile Weapon System Inspection and Maintenance Specialty as An Example

实践教学是实现信息化弹药装备保障骨干培训班学员能力培养的必然选择。以末制导炮弹武器系统检测与维修专业为例,构建了全过程多元实践教学内容体系,从教学硬件、教员队伍、考核体系三个方面分析了实施实践教学的必要条件,最后提出了加强信息化弹药实践教学的建议和措施。

Practice teaching is the inevitable choices of achieving the students＇ability training of equipment support backbone training class of information ammunition. Taking terminal guidance projectile weapon system inspection and maintenance specialty as an example, the whole-process and diverse practice teaching contents are structured. The necessary conditions of carrying out practice teaching are analyzed from the threes aspects of teaching hardware, teachers team and assessment system. In the end some suggestions for strengthening practice teaching of information ammunition are proposed.
