摘要 为了定量研究声誉因素和学生满意度对高校教师激励的作用和设计有效的激励机制,首先运用两配对样本T检验对调查数据进行分析,研究声誉因素在教师激励机制中的显著性;其次给出了考虑声誉因素时教师满意度与学生满意度关联性的基本统计分析,并运用larsen方法给出了影响教师教学水平、专业水平、思想道德及敬业精神的影响因素。根据上述分析结果,对不同年代的教师激励机制进行了设计,从而为科学决策和管理提供参考。 In order to quantitatively research the influences of reputation factors and student satisfaction in design of teachers' incentive mechanism, surveys and data analysis are used. At first, the significant of reputation incentive in university teacher incentive mechanism is discussed using two matching T-test sample in survey data. Subsequently, basic statistical analysis of association between teachers' satisfaction and students' satisfac- tion are given, and the factors affecting teachers'teaching standard, professional standards, morality and pro- fessional dedication are studied by lasen method. At last, several different kinds of incentive mechanism for teachers that were born in different decade are proposed based on above research, thus the research provide a kind of reference for scientific decision and management in university.
