摘要
目前,我国高校之间的竞争日趋激烈,其核心竞争力来源于高校的学校文化。要构建优秀学校文化,提高学校的综合实力,推动学校健康快速发展,必须培育良好的执行文化。同时,要建立执行副文化,固化和强化执行文化,形成长效文化的有效传续。
