摘要
在教育教学中,职前课堂教学技能培训应结合各学科专业的特点,构建起能充分体现现代教育目标的教师教学技能评价指标体系。文章对教师教学评价体系予以重新认识,旨在培养符合基础教育新课程要求的新型教师。
In the teaching of educational science, the pre-professional training of teaching skills should incorpo- rate the characteristics of different majors in the construction of the evaluation index system that encapsulates the contemporary education aim. This paper attempts a new understanding of the teachers' teaching evaluation system so as to ensure the cultivation of new-type of teachers that can meet the standards proposed in the new elementary education curriculum.
