阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压病人血清hsCRP、抵抗素、颈动脉IMT及肾损害的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压病人(EH)动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。方法将120例EH病人随机分为两组,两组病人均低盐、低脂饮食,戒烟、戒酒,适当锻炼,减轻体重,口服贝那普利5mg^10mg,2次/日,治疗组加用阿托伐他汀片20mg,每晚顿服,1次/日,连续治疗12周。观察治疗前后血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、抵抗素水平和颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及尿微量白蛋白(MAU)的变化。结果治疗组治疗后与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,LDL-C、hsCRP、抵抗素、IMT、MAU显著下降(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可改善EH病人动脉粥样硬化程度,其机制与降低LDL-C、hsCRP、抵抗素水平有关。
