摘要
目的用组织学方法观察阴茎缝深面条索样结构。方法选取2011年5—12月深圳市第四医院因包皮过长而要求包皮环切术的男性患者9例,5例阴茎腹侧屈曲松解和4例阴茎系带切除时发现阴茎缝深面条索样结构,于系带处切取少许条索样组织和周围皮下组织,用S-100免疫组化染色观察两者神经纤维的分布情况。采用配对t检验对两者的差异进行统计学分析。结果组织学观察发现阴茎缝深面的条索样组织中存在大量神经纤维组织,平均每个视野神经纤维为(14.2±6.9)个,附近皮下组织中神经纤维为(2.4±1.3)个,差异有统计学意义(t=5.374,P=0.001)。条索样组织中可见到平滑肌束、血管等组织。结论阴茎缝深面条索样组织中富含神经纤维,这些神经纤维可能具有重要生理功能,需要进一步深入研究。
Objective To identify components of cord -like structures within the penile raphe by using immunohisto- chemical stains. Methods 9 cases with redundant prepuce treated with circumcision in the Fourth Hospital of Shenzhen from May 2011 to December 2011 were vecruited in present study. Cord - like structures were found in 5 cases when having penile straighte- ning in ventral part and 4 cases undergoing frenulum resection. Subcutaneous tissues adjacent to the cord - like structures were harvested. The distribution of neuronal tissues of them was observed by S - 100 immumohistochemical staining, and the difference between the two was analyzed by paired t -test. Results Histological observation found that there were many neuronal tissues in the cord - like structures, with an average number of ( 14. 2 ± 6. 9) nerve fibers at one microscopic field. The adjacent subcutane- ous tissues had (2.4 ± 1.3 ) nerve fibers. The difference was statistically significant ( t = 5. 374, P = 0. 001 ) . Smooth muscle bundles and blood vessels were found in the cord - like structures. Conclusion Cord - like structures within the penile raphe have dense innervation, which may indicate important physiological function.
