低血糖症伴偏瘫表现者发生脑梗死二例报道

Cerebral Infarction in Hypoglycemic Hemiplegia:A Report of Two Cases

本文报道了2例低血糖偏瘫患者,对其进行临床随访和行颅脑MRI检查及血管影像检查。其中1例患者于低血糖偏瘫发作3个月后发生脑梗死,影像学检查提示存在左侧颈内动脉狭窄。另1例于低血糖偏瘫发作5个月后发生脑梗死,影像学检查提示存在右侧大脑中动脉狭窄。再结合相关文献复习,提示低血糖伴偏瘫发作的患者有可能存在颅内外动脉狭窄,继发脑梗死的风险较高,故在临床工作中应提高对该病的察觉意识,及早行相关检查,以预防卒中发作。

This article reports that two patients with hypoglycemic hemiplegia were followed up after hypoglycemia at- tack. The patients were given brain MRI and magnetic resonance angiography. One case had cerebral infarction three months after the onset of hypoglycemic hemiplegia, and the patient also showed stenosis in left carotid artery. The other patient had cerebral in- farction five months after the onset of hypoglycemic hemiplegia, and the patient also showed stenosis in fight middle cerebral ar- tery. It is suggested that the onset of hypoglycemie hemiplegia may have stenosis in cerebral artery, which may lead to cerebral in- farction. Hypoglycemic hemiplegia should be paid close attention to in clinic, and examinations should be taken as early as possi- ble to prevent the onset of stroke.
