摘要
冷凝集素综合征是由于反应性自身红细胞凝集及冷诱导因素导致慢性溶血性贫血和微循环栓塞为特征的一组疾病,是免疫球蛋白M(IgM)抗体引起的自身免疫性疾病,严重时可有溶血性贫血或血红蛋白尿,发生急性血管内溶血者少见。现将我院收治的1例冷凝集素增高引起急性血管内溶血致双侧睾丸炎患者报道如下。
Cold agglutinin syndrome （CAS） is a group of diseases characterized by reactive autologous RBC＇s aggluti- nation, chronic hemolytic anemia and microcirculation embolism caused by cold induced factors, which is a kind of autoimmune diseases caused by immunoglobulin M （IgM） antibodies, severe CAS can lead to hemolytic anemia or hemoglobinuria, but the occurrence of acute intravascular hemolysis are rare. A patient with a^ute intravascular hemolysis and bilateral orchitis caused by increased cold agglutinin level, was admitted to our hospital, the clinical data of the case is reported below.
