色素板椒蒙古椒4号是以A001为母本、Z101为父本配制而成的一代杂交组合。株高51cm，冠幅55cm，中熟，第一花序节位11～12节，单株成品果数21～28个。果实为羊角形，果实颜色青果深绿色，生理成熟果为紫红色，果面光滑无皱褶，果皮内外通体紫红色，亮度好，色价高；平均果长15．8cm，横径4．22cm，干椒成品果率达90％以上。丰产性和稳产性好，抗逆性强，商品性好。

Menggujiao 4 is a mid-mature hot pepper G hybrid of A001 × Z101. It grows its plants 51 cm in height and 55 cm in canopy, the first flower at stem node 11 to 12, and 21-28 ripe fruit per plant, sheep-horn shaped, dark green to purplish red fruit with smooth surface without wrinkles, high brightness and color value, 15.8 cm in length and 4.22 cm in diameter, and dried fruit at more than 90% in number. And it is of high-and stable-yielding, strong resistance and good marketing traits.
