摘要
以Ni2 +改性的聚苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂和聚苯胺树脂为炭化预聚体 ,制备出了锂离子电池炭负极材料 ,考察了炭化制备工艺对炭负极材料充电放电性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,采用Ni2 +改性的聚苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂和聚苯胺树脂制备锂离子电池炭负极材料时 ,炭化处理温度并不是越高越好 ,而是在一定温度范围内 ,低温处理样品的充电放电容量反而比高温处理样品的要高 ;在还原性气氛中炭化处理样品的充电放电容量明显高于惰性气氛中炭化处理的样品。实验数据还表明 ,在相同处理条件下 ,树脂炭化产物的粒度越小 。
The polystyrene cation exchange resin and polyaniline resin were carbonized to prepare the carbon cathode material of lithium ion cells. The effects of the carbonized technology on charge and discharge properties of the carbon cathode materiaals were investigated. The experiment results reveal that the high carbonization temperature is not always better for the carbon cathode of lithium ion cell when the carbon cathode materials are prepared with polystyrene cation exchange resin. Within certain carbonization temperature range, the charge and discharge capacity of the sample treated at lower carbonization temperature is much higher than that of sample treated at higher carbonization temperature. The experiment results also show that the ambience of carbonization has a great effect on charge and discharge capacity of the carbon cathode material. The charge and discharge capacity of the cathode treated in reducing ambience is higher evidently than that treated in inertia ambience. At the same time, the test data reveals that in the same treating conditions the smaller the granularity of carbonized products is, the greater the charge and discharge capacity of the cathode will be.
