摘要 介绍了生物可利用性的概念,分析了土壤重金属生物可利用性的影响因素,明确了生物体从土壤中真正吸收利用的重金属元素才是衡量重金属污染程度的有效标准。在参阅国内外文献资料的基础上,着重对土壤重金属铅和汞的生物可利用性研究领域的进展做了综述。同时,分析提出了重金属生物可利用性研究中待解决的问题尤其是界面和复合污染、受试生物的选择、评价方法的探索及未来趋势,以供相关研究者参考。 Introduces the concept of bioavailability, analyses the influence factors to bioavail- ability of heavy metal in soil, makes certain that the true and real absorption of the heavy metal ele- ments in soil by creatures is the effective criterion of heavy metals pollution. Based on viewing domes- tic and foreign literature, bioavailability of lead and mercury in soil are summarized. Furthermore, problems and future trends of bioavailability research of heavy metal are discussed in detail, to pro- vide reference for researches.
