摘要
针对轴承企业适应MTO生产发展的现实需要,在分析轴承生产工艺实施的基础上,设计了基于业务协同的数据、服务和协同的三层系统模型,并引入Petri网对工艺管理进行模拟,基于着色Petri网对工艺设计流程进行实例化模型构造,并最终开发了工艺管理信息化系统,实现了从设计、工艺到制造、从PDM到ERP的系统集成。
According to the practical needs of MTO production development in bearing enterprises and the analysis of the bear- ing manufacture processing, the paper proposes a design with data, service and 3-layer frame based on business-collaboration. In addi- tion, colored Petri net is introduced to simulate the processing management, and an instantiate model for the workflow of processing design is constructed based on colored Petri net as well. Eventually, an information-based system of processing management is illus- trated to realize the system integration from design, process to manufacture, from PDM to ERP.
