摘要
刘伯温通晓天文地理、格物致知,在饮食方面也曾用心,著有涉及饮食较为专门性著作《多能鄙事》一部。其中与饮食有关的诗词近20首,文章近10篇,与饮食有关的传说近20篇,《多能鄙事》体现刘伯温"懂"饮食,诗文则体现"赏"饮食,传说和《菜窝说》便是"品"饮食,理解和升华着饮食人生,刘伯温堪称美食家。
Liu Bowen was not only knowledgeable in astronomy and geography but also made studies on diet. He wrote a spe- cialized book on diet: Skilled in Menial Matters, and nearly 20 poems, 19 articles and 20 stories about diet. Skilled in Menial Matters is a manifestation of Liu's understanding on diet; from such poems, it can be seen his "appreciation" of diet; while such stories and About Vegetables, his another work, show his "taste" of diet, understanding and sublimating a diet life, so Liu can be called a gourmet
