摘要
对大庆、胜利和辽河焦化蜡油的性质、化学组成及结构组成进行了研究及分析对比 ,研究表明 3种焦化蜡油中不含沥青质 ,饱和烃含量在 55.1 %~ 68.3% ,芳烃含量在 2 4 .8%~ 33.5% ,胶质含量在 5.7%~ 1 1 .5%。 3种焦化蜡油的芳碳率在 1 4 .79%~ 1 9.1 7% ,烷基碳率在 58.0 7%~ 70 .34 % ,ω(CP)+ω(CN)之和都大于 70 % ,芳香环数都在 1个环左右 ,总环数介于 2 .1 3~ 2 .51之间。 3种焦化蜡油中大庆焦化蜡油的氮、硫含量最低 ,饱和烃含量最高 ,是最容易加工利用的原料 ,辽河焦化蜡油居中 ,而胜利焦化蜡油是最难加工利用的原料。与其直馏蜡油相比 ,焦化蜡油中的氮含量、硫含量、残碳含量高 ,饱和烃含量低 ,是一种劣质原料。同时分析了影响焦化蜡油加工利用的因素 ,提出了焦化蜡油加工利用途径。
The chemical composition ,structural composition and properties of coker gatch from Daqing, Shengli and Liaohe saturated hydrocarbon are analysed, studied and compared. The results show these coker gatches contain 55.1%~68.3%,24.8%~33.5% aromatic hydrocarbon, 5.7%~11.5% resen and no asphalt.The aromatic carbon rate is 14.79%~19.17% and alkyl carbon rate is 58.07%~70.34%, ω (C P)+ ω (C N) are more than 70%.The tatol cycle number R T is 2.13~2.51 and aromatic cycle number R A is 1. The results show that nitrogen and sulfer content in Daqing coker gatch is the lowest, and saturated hydrocarbon content is the highest, and Daqing coker gatch is the most easily processed raw material, and Liaohe coker gatch mediates between two raw material,but Shengli coker gatch is the most difficult to process. By comparing with vacuum gas oil, and nitrogen, sulfer content and carbon residue in the coker gatches is higher, and saturated hydrocarbon content is lower, and Shengli coker gatch is a kind of inferior raw material .The factors of effecting on the processing and use of coker gatches are analysed ,and the processing ways of coker gatches are put forward.
