摘要 针对串励直流电机的设计特点及其优化设计的需要,自行编制了一套串励直流电机的设计算法程序,并将算法程序应用于一台1.1 kW串励直流电机的优化设计。经Ansoft有限元软件的仿真计算并对比计算结果,验证了算法程序对于各参数计算的准确性,达到了性能优化的预期目标。 According to the designing characteristic of series wound DC motor and the necessity of optimization design for series wound DC motor, developed a new calculation method of electromagnetism design for series wound DC motor,and applid this method to optimization design of a 1.1 kW series wound DC motor. Moreover,the finite element simulation was used to analyze the magnetic field of series wound DC motor in ansoft maxwell to prove the accuracy of the new calculation method. The results showed that each parameter matched well and thus verifid the feasibility of optimization design of series wound DC motor, achieving the exceptive goal of optimization design for series wound DC motor.
