摘要
在传统晶闸管软起动拓扑基础上,借鉴变频器的VVVF理论,提出了基于等效正弦控制,并且利用过调制方式提升相电流的基波含量。通过软件算法优化感应电机的起动,达到起动重载和低速调速的目标。在MATLAB/Simulink中建立了等效正弦离散控制的6阶段控制系统,验证了提出的过调制理论;基于STM32F103处理器完成该算法的软件实现,并在11 kW机组试验平台上进行相关控制策略的验证。试验结果表明,所提出的方法具有良好的起动特性,与仿真结果吻合。
A topology of induction motor starting on the basis of the traditional thyristor soft starter including software algorithms to start heavy load and low speed governor was proposed. The first time, put forward the basic principle of equivalent sinusoidal control firing angle, and the use of modulation schemes to enhance the fundamental content of the phase current, similar to VVVF of frequency converter. Through MATLAB/Simulink the equivalent sine discrete control stage control system verifies that the firing angle calculation principles and application of modulation theory was correct; Based on STM32F103 CPU, algorithm-based software implementation was completed, this control strategy on 11 kW unit experimental platform was verified. Experimental resuhs showed that the proposed method has a good start-up characteristic.
