混合动力汽车用定子永磁型双功率流电机故障分析与容错控制 被引量:2

摘要 电机驱动系统的可靠性问题在实际应用中得到了相关领域学者越来越广泛地关注。特别是应用于混合动力汽车的电机,要求电机在故障的情况下能有一定的容错性能。定子永磁型双功率流(DoublePower-Flow,DPF)电机克服了开关磁阻电机和转子永磁型容错电机的各自不足,具有可靠性高和功率密度高等优点。对定子永磁型DPF电机的容错性能进行了研究。为提高DPF电机缺相运行特性,提出了一种容错控制策略,建立了DPF电机驱动系统的联合仿真模型,并将其应用于容错性能分析。仿真和试验结果表明,DPF电机是一种新型容错电机,具有较强的带故障运行能力,在混合动力汽车场合有广阔的应用前景。 The reliability of continue operation of the motor drive has been got a great attention for many members community and marketplace. Especially the motor used in hybrid cars, the motor should have some fault- tolerant performance under the fault condition. The DPF machine combined the advantages of the switched reluctance machine and the fault tolerant permanent magnet (PM) machine with PM located in the rotor. The recent literature showed that the DFP machine was of high reliability and high power density. The characteristics of fauh tolerant of DPF machine was analyzed. To improve the electromagnetic performance of faulty operation, a remedial strategy was proposed for the DPF machine. A co-simulation model was developed and performed to predict fault response of the DPF motor drive. The results showed high performance of fault tolerance in DPF motor drives. It was proved that DPF motor was a new class of fault tolerant machine and it has broad application prospects in hybrid system.
