摘要
[目的]探讨青光眼病人疾病的影响因素,为采取有效的护理措施提供参考依据。[方法]质性描述,采用深度访谈法收集12例青光眼住院病人的资料,并用类属分析法进行分析。[结果]通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼主题,得出4个主题:青光眼病人性格趋向的影响;行为生活习惯的影响;用药依从性差;信息来源途径。[结论]护士应重视对青光眼病人的心理护理,开展健康教育与社区普查,提高其遵医行为,减少致盲率,提高青光眼病人的生活质量。
Objective： To probe into the influencing factors of disease in patients with glaucoma, in order to provide references for effective care measures. Methods： The date of 12 glaucoma inpatients was collected through deep interviews and was analyzed by the generic analysis meth-od. Results： Through reading, analysis, reflection, separation and theme refining,four themes were drawn. The influence of personality trends of glaucoma patients, behavioral habits, poor medication eomplicance, source of information channel. Conclusion： Nurses should pay attention to psy-chological care of patients with glaucoma and carry out health education and community survey, so as to help them to improve their compliance behavior, reduce the blindness rate and enhance their quality of life.
