摘要
以水杨酸为原料经氯化制得 3,5-二氯水杨酸 ,所得产物在酸催化下与异戊醇进行酯化反应得到中间体 3,5-二氯水杨酸异戊酯 ,该中间体再与高活性的草酰氯反应获得高效化学发光材料双 ( 6-甲酸异戊酯 -2 ,4 -二氯苯基 )草酸酯。这种方法实验条件温和 ,原料简便易得 ,步骤简单 ,收率高达84 % ,成本低。此外还对其发光现象进行了考察 ,结果表明 ,当过氧化氢浓度比草酸酯浓度过量 0 .6‰~1‰时 ,发光持续时间长 ,强度大。
High efficiency chemiluminescent material bis(6-(3'-methylbutoxycarbonyl)-2,4-dichlorophenyl)oxalate was synthesized from oxalyl chloride and 3,5-dichlorosalicylate obtained by esterifying the 3,5-dichlorosalicylic acid, which was prepared by chlorinating salicylic acid, with isopentanol. These compounds were synthesized conveniently with available materials and yield of bis(6-(3'-methylbutoxycarbonyl)-2,4-dichlorophenyl)oxalate was 84%. The mechanism of chemiluminescent was studied . The results showed that the intensity was strong and lifetime was long as the concentration of peroxide was 0.61‰~1‰ more than that of oxalate.
