Analysis and Study on Increasing Capacity of Daqing LLDPE Unit in Condensation State Operation

介绍了冷凝态操作在LLDPE装置的优缺点以及可行性。该技术与原有气相法相比具有如下优点 :提高装置的操作弹性 ;提高生产能力的同时可不更换原有的反应器、循环气压缩机等关键大型设备 ;工艺改动小 ,易操作 ;可在常态与冷凝态操作之间任意切换。

The advantages disadvantages and feasibility of condensation state operation in LLDPE unit are introduced. Compared with the gas phase method, this technique leads to the following advantages: 1.Operation flexibility of the unit is increases; 2.Capacity of the unit increases without replacing the key equipment including reactor and recycle gas compressor; 3.Change of the technology is little and operation is easy; 4.Easy switch between the normal state and the condensation state operation.
