摘要
政府采购和招标领域中的"废标"和"流标"没有被严格地区分,导致采购与招标过程中产生一些混乱现象,故有必要对它们进行比较、区分,以避免误用。
The terms ＂feibiao＂ and ＂liubiao＂ in government procurement and public bidding are not be strictly differentiated, thus results in confusion. This paper reviews the two terms.
