摘要
按标准方法对 1 0种酱油样品的理化指标进行检测 ,合格率为 40 % .同时对其进一步检验 ,区分酿造酱油。
According to the standard methods,physicochemical index of ten kinds of soy were examined and determined .The rate of the qualified products was 40%.Meanwhile ,by making farther examination , brewesoy ,chemical soy and soy-like colour synthetic soy were distinguished.
