摘要
提出了一种电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测量萤石中微量硫的方法,采用氢氟酸、硝酸、盐酸、高氯酸溶解试样,稀盐酸溶解盐类,电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪测定硫量。通过实验,优化了电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪的工作条件,选择182.03nm作为硫的分析谱线。探讨了钙对测量的干扰,采用基体匹配法可有效消除干扰。硫的检出限为0.02μg/mL,对萤石标准样品进行了分析,分析结果与认定值一致。
A method of determining the sulfur content in the fluorite by inductively coupled plasma a- tomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was presented. The samples were dissolved by HF, HNO3, HC1 and HC104. The salts were dissolved by dilute hydrochloric acid solution. The solutions were determined by ICP-AES instrument. The measurement conditions had been optimized by some experiments and the wavelength of 182.03 nm was selected as the analytical line. And the spectral interferences of calcium were also investigated, and it was proved that the interferences could be eliminated by the matrix match meth- od. The detection limit of established method was 0.02 /lg/mL. Some standard samples were determined by this method, and the results were consistent with the certified values.
