浅析下承式钢桁梁铁路桥制造技术

摘要 铁路桥多数采用下承式钢桁梁的结构类型,在制作过程中下承式钢桁梁铁路桥有诸多难点,特别是下弦杆组装工艺、高强螺栓钻孔工艺、桥面板焊接及变形的控制等,通过采用先进的工艺措施和方法,可实现一次预装合格,提高了生产的效率,提升了产品的质量。 The structure of through steel trussed beam is widely used in railway bridges. There exist many difficulties in manuafeturing the through steel trussed beam, especially the lower chord assembling process, high strength bolt drilling process, the bridge panel welding and control of deformation. The use of advanced technological process and measures makes it possible to keep its first trial pre--installation up to standard, improving production efficiency and upgrading the quality of the product.
