用柔性粘度控制系统提高产品质量的稳定性

摘要 经过实践证明 ,Fisher -Rosemount公司的PROVOX粘度控制模型受到设备状况和生产波动的限制 ,在生产中表现出一些弊端和不足 ,不能完全满足实际生产需要 ,致使粘度自控系统投用率很低 ,产品超标现象时有发生 .柔性粘度控制系统是Fisher原设计方案的补充和拓展 ,聚酯车间试投用该系统之后 ,在控制产品指标上取得了显著的效果 . Limited by status of equipment and manufacture fluctuant,provox Model of viscosity control made by Fisher Rosemount Co.seemed to have some shortcoming and to be unable in operation.It failed to meet the requirement of practical production with the result of lower usage of the system and off specification of the products,which happened some time during operation.Flexibility viscosity con trol system,a further developed system of the original design,after being used in polyester plant,appeared remarkable in the quality comtrol of the products and so it will be a successful example for the design of automatic control of product quality in polyester industtry.
