摘要
在自然条件下,传统灰土灰浆材料在长期放置过程中会形成水合硅酸钙与水合硅酸铝,从而大幅度提高自身强度.但其反应过程相当缓慢,往往需要几十年甚至数百年的时间.而利用现代水泥工艺加工法可以有效缩短形成水合硅酸钙与水合硅酸铝的反应时间.用焙烧、粉磨等方式对古代灰土灰浆模拟材料进行加工,在短期内有效提高了灰浆试块的力学强度和抗老化能力.
The formation of hydraulic gel materials in the Chinese traditional lime--clay mortar, name- ly hydrated calcium silicate and hydrated aluminum silicate can significantly increase the strength of mortar. However, it will take extremely long period to generate these kinds of water rigid compounds under natural conditions. Stimulated by the idea of improving the pozzolanic activity by roasting the clay material, a basic principle modern cement technology, the experiments in this paper show that the intensity and the anti-aging ability of the artificial samples of traditional lime--clay mortar can be improved in short time through roast- ing and grinding treatment.
