摘要 针对某纺织厂空气压缩机大量余热被浪费的现状,对利用高效板式换热技术回收喷油型螺杆式空气压缩机余热的可行性和节能潜力进行分析,并对该工程进行改造设计。此改造方案投资约14万元,每年可以为企业节省39.3万元的生活热水费用,成本回收期不足5个月,具有很好的节能经济效益和社会效益。该方案可为空气压缩机余热回收利用技术在纺织厂的应用提供参考。 It is found that a great amount of residual heat from air compressor in one textile mill is wasted. The feasibility and energy-saving potential of the high efficiency plate heat exchanging technology,which can recover the heat from oil-jet screw air com- pressor,are analyzed. A reformation was conducted. The investment of this reformation project is about 0.14 million CNY. It can save 0. 393 million CNY from domestic hot water cost of the enterprise per year. The payback period is less than 5 months. The project has a good energy-saving economic and social benefit. It can provide references for the applica- tion of waste heat recovery technology of air compressor in textile mills.
