本文通过对国内外定价机制和票价体系的对比，找出我国铁路客运定价机制及票价体系的不足并提出了自主定价、体现票价优质优价及建立灵活票价体系等建议。

By comparing the international pricing mechanism and price system, this paper try to identify deficien- cies in Chinag railway passenger pricing mechanism and price system and puts forward proposals such as independ- ent pricing, reflecting higher prices for better quality and establishing the of flexible fare system.
