浅谈黑板报文化建设对重塑大学精神的意义

大学精神对校园文化的建设，对大学的发展起着统揽全局的作用，是校园文化的精髓、灵魂和核心。也是高校校园文化建设的终极目标。校园文化是大学精神的载体，黑板报文化建设是大学精神的具体化和表现形式，通过对黑板报文化的深层次提炼，达到校园文化的最高境界。本文拟从高校黑板报文化的内涵、总体特征入手，分析黑板报文化建设在重塑大学精神中的意义，并进一步探讨了高校校园文化建设与大学生人文素质培养协调发展的思路。

University spirit plays a guiding role to the construction of campus culture and development of the uni- versity. It is the essence, the core and soul of campus culture, and it is also the ultimate goal of the construction of university campus culture. Campus culture is the carrier of the university spirit, blackboard newspaper culture is concrete and forms of university spirit, by further refinement of the blackboard newspaper culture, to achieve the highest level of campus culture. This paper starts from the general newspaper culture, analysis of the significance of the blackboard characteristics of the connotation, the blackboard newspaper culture construction in the remodeling university spirit, and further discusses the construction of campus culture and college students＂ humanistic quality training on coordination development.
