摘要
文章结合西门子系统数控车床螺纹加工参数化编程方法加工的经验,分析总结了螺纹加工的基本类型及方法,提出借助参数化编程方法简化螺纹加工程序方法,有效提高螺纹加工精度,对生产活动具有一定的指导作用。
Based on the parametric programming experience for thread machining on CNC lathe in Siemens system, this paper analyzes and summarizes the basic types and methods of thread processing and proposes a simplified thread processing method by using of parametric programming. This method has improved effectively the accuracy of thread processing and has a certain guiding significance on the production activities.
